Ramesh joined the firm in 1999 and heads the firm's Commercial Litigation Department. He brings with him over twenty four (24) years’ worth of experience and has appeared at all levels of the Malaysian Courts. He also has substantial experience representing clients in arbitration proceedings.

Prior to joining the firm, Ramesh was a partner at Messrs. Paul Chong & Kraal where he was primarily responsible for handling complex general litigation matters.

His areas of specialisation are High Court commercial litigation with a focus on financial (banking, hire purchase, leasing, foreclosure, securities), construction, corporate, intellectual property and general contractual and corporate disputes.

Ramesh also has a wide experience in IP litigation practice and also advises on human resources and industrial relations matters.

He has conducted talks on the area of human resource/industrial relations. He has also conducted a foundational course on intellectual property law for Biotechnology Graduates.
